About us
Kaargi curates and sells handcrafted Indian textiles and apparel through kaargi.com. Contact: kaargi.official@gmail.com, +91 76767 48480.
Handcrafted variation
Our pieces are woven, printed and finished by hand. Colour on your screen will differ from the piece in your hands, and no two items of the same design are identical. By ordering you accept this as part of what you are buying. See our Returns & Exchange policy for what does and does not count as a defect.
Prices and availability
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Because most pieces exist in very small runs, an item can sell between you adding it to your bag and checking out. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example if the item has already sold, or if pricing was displayed in error — and will refund anything already paid.
Discount codes
Coupon codes are valid for the period and conditions stated when issued, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. One code per order unless we say otherwise.
Intellectual property
Photographs, text and design on this site belong to Kaargi. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking. We are usually happy to say yes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
