Privacy
We collect what is needed to send you your order and nothing more. We do not sell your data.

What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and shipping address when you place an order, plus the contents of that order. If you message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation so we can help you later.
Why we collect it
To pack and ship your order, to reach you if something goes wrong with it, and to handle damage claims. That is all.
Payment details
We never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials. Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We only receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Who else touches your data
Our courier partner receives your name, address and phone number so they can deliver the parcel. Our database and image hosting run on Supabase, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Nobody else is given your details, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone, ever.
Cookies
Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete everything else at any time.
Your rights
Write to us and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. No reason needed, no forms to fill.
